Skirt of Beef
Our Beef is purely grass fed, slowly grown to natural maturity at the age of between 30-36 months and then aged for 4 weeks. All of our cattle are Lowlines, which are 100% Angus genetics - derived from the traditional small Aberdeen Angus cattle of the early 1920s and are able to finish for beef on grass with no need for concentrate feed producing prime high quality beef, with excellent marbelling, tenderness & flavour.
All items will be freshly chilled unless collection or delivery date falls after the use by date. If so, items will be frozen.
